The League of Women Voters of Anchorage gathered in November to celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 75 years of community service, civic engagement, and unwavering commitment to democracy. Past and present elected officials, League members, supporters, and longtime friends joined us for an evening of connection and reflection, honoring the volunteers and leaders who have helped shape the League’s legacy over the many years. The reception offered a chance to look back on decades of advocacy and look ahead to the challenges and opportunities still to come, all in the company of the people who move mountains to ensure our organization and democracy remain strong.
