Background:
Tuesday, April 2, 2024, Regular Municipal Election: Qualified voters within the Anchorage Municipality will elect the Mayor, one assembly member and three school board members, as well as vote areawide on eight bond propositions and one charter amendment. Voters in some service areas will elect members to their service area boards.
The League of Women Voters of Anchorage prepared this review of the Anchorage Municipal Election to promote political responsibility through informed and active participation in government.
